Glenn has been teaching young ball players the fundamentals of baseball through his Play Ball Camp at Legion Field for 34 years. Glenn has been in professional baseball for his entire adult life and is currently professional baseball scout for the San Francisco Giants Baseball organization. Glenn was a first round draft choice in the major league draft in 1973. Glenn was the 5th pick overall. Glenn played in the Cleveland Indians Organization for six years. Glenn began his coaching career at East Bridgewater High School as the Varsity Baseball Coach. Tufts then went on to Milton High School where he coached Varsity baseball for two years. Glenn began his college coaching career at Dean Jr. College and then went on to Bridgewater State University where he led his teams to multiple championship.
In 1993 Brian Sabean the General Manger of the San Francisco Giants came calling on his longtime friend to challenge his baseball knowledge and Glenn’s expertise in his ability to gain the most out of his players. It was then Tufts was assigned to be the single A hitting instructor with the Clinton Iowa Lumber Kings for the 1994 season. The following year was the Major League Baseball Strike and Tufts was called upon to be the Triple AAA Hitting Instructor. After a full season with the Phoenix Firebirds in Arizona he was assigned to manage the rookie season in Bellingham Washington where he was named “Manager of the Year” and led his team to the Pacific Northwest league championship game. From the Northwest league Tufts was assigned to the Midwest league in Burlington Iowa and then the following year to the California league where he managed the Bakersfield Blaze.
Tufts had a young family back home in Bridgewater. With a wife and two small children, Tufts youngest Julianne had been diagnosed with severe health problems and with that the San Francisco Giants developed an East Coast Scouting position so that he could be closer to his family and continue being in the game he loves. Glenn has been with the San Francisco Giants Baseball Organization for twenty-one Years and has earned Two World Series Championship Rings.
Tufts came back to Bridgewater revived his beloved Play Ball Baseball Camp and has developed the Glenn Tufts Baseball Training Facility. Glenn is highly dedicated to helping his players achieve the best level baseball that suits each individual. His passion, knowledge, and insights have help thousands of players obtain their goals with in the game.
After many years of watching his son Ryan (Virginia Tech) play in a variety of Travel Baseball Programs. Tufts believes his knowledge, experience, and contacts will produce one of the Best Baseball Programs in all of New England.
As the Director, Glenn oversees the entire facility, creates curriculum, schedules instruction, and has complete knowledge and experience facilitating a program that thousands of children enjoyed over the years.

Pitching and Mechanics Coordinator
Keith Bilodeau is an American major league baseball pitcher who was born in Bourne, Massachusetts and was a graduate of Bourne High School. He was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 24th round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft. Bilodeau attended the University of Maine, where he was named to the America East Second Team in 2010. In May of 2013, he appeared in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball for the Bridgeport Bluefish.

Ray is the head baseball coach at Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton. He is also a former owner of Royals Baseball Academy in which he managed hundreds of youth baseball players. Ray is our leader in infield and hitting instruction among our staff. Ray is a former Professional Baseball Player in which he played for the Kansas City Royals. Ray is well respected in the game of baseball as well in life.
